• If the issue is due to software problems or incompatibilities that are outside our scope of repair.

• If the customer fails to provide accurate information regarding the issue before service.

4. Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the completed repair. Requests made after this period may not be eligible.
