5. Refunds & Disputes
5.1. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing errors or service failure on our part. Annual subscription fees are eligible for a pro-rata refund when cancelled in accordance with the plan terms and conditions.
5.2. Any disputes regarding billing or services should be reported to customer support within 30 days for resolution.
